SUMMER PROGRAM - JULY 8 to AUGUST 5 (attention-revised dates)

The American
Conservatory Summer Session 2012 will be held for four weeks, from July 8
to August 5. The program is for advanced students ages 18-30, but particularly
those currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate music school
programs.
Program includes
performing opportunities (recitals/concerts) and an optional three-day stay
in Paris with the Fine Arts Department at dates to be determined (not included
in tuition fee). There will be organized
cultural visits to Paris during the session including some combined with
the architecture students. A special collaboration with the Fine Arts
students, performed at the end of the summer session, celebrates the unique
combination of the two schools.

and analysis), François Paris (composition), Isabelle Duha
(fugue and keyboard harmony).

Enrollment is limited to 40.
Students must 18 to
30. Students 16-18 may attend if accompanied by an adult.
Courses are taught
in English.
Tuition for the
current session is set at $3,500. Substantial
financial aid based on merit is available for qualified students.
ACCOMMODATION
AND MEALS
You will be lodged within walking distance from the
Chateau, either in a dorm or with a French family.
Meals 5 days a week are included in your tuition
(breakfast, lunch and dinner).
